About WOW Property.

WOW Property Limited delivers premium residential living and full-service property care in Cantonments, Accra. We manage two flagship developments, The Pearl in City and The Diamond in City, and extend the same standard of care to property owners across Greater Accra through our management, resale, and interiors services.

Our roots in Ghana go back to 2010, when our team began building and managing residential property in Accra. WOW Property Limited was established in 2017 to bring that construction and property management experience together under one name. Since then we have kept investing in Ghana's future, delivering homes that local families and the diaspora are proud to live in.

We're not a simple lettings agency. Our team takes an active, hands-on role in the everyday running of the properties we manage, including maintenance, security, tenant relations, and the finer details of day-to-day upkeep. Our interiors and manufacturing capability means fit-outs and furnishings can be delivered in-house, without handing quality control to a third party.
